Mutuel Manager
|
Must be available for all shifts (flexible schedule)

A Mutuel Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the Mutuels Department, excellent guest service, and 100% compliance with Penn National standards, federal, state and local laws, and racing commission regulations, while adhering to budgets and achieving financial goals. Also, acts as the Manager on Duty and provides excellent internal and external guest service in all areas of the operation. Oversees the operations of Tellers and Admissions. Oversees Money Room operation and is accountable for all cash in the Money Room. Creates weekly work schedules to accommodate anticipated business volume. Oversees ordering and reconciliation of programs, racing forms, and lottery supplies. Maintains detailed working knowledge of all tote equipment. Maintains detailed working knowledge of all audio/video equipment. Performs all employee job functions when necessary.

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to be licensed by the Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission.
