the following tasks: Reads menu
to estimate food requirements and
procures food from storage; adjusts
thermostat controls to regulate
temperatures; measures and mixes
ingredients according to recipes;
prepares foods by various methods;
observes and tests foods; cleans
and maintains work area and equipment;
operates electric slicer. |
High
school diploma or GED; or 1 month
related experience or training;
or equivalent combination of education
and experience. Must qualify for
PA State Racing Commission license
and PA State Gaming Control Board
credential. |
Server
(Part
Time) |

The
product Servers provide is consistent
delivery of food and beverage,
prepared to specifications, to
the correct guest with service
that matches the guest’s
needs. Servers have knowledge of
and can describe current menu items
and provide or find answers in
response to guest’s questions/requests. |
Must
be at least 18 years of age. Must
possess a high school diploma or
general education degree (GED);
or one to three months’ related
experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education
and experience. Must be licensed
by Pennsylvania State Racing Commission. |
