as the Manager on Duty
(MOD) and provides excellent
internal and external guest
service by ensuring that
the environment, systems,
products, and people are

and expectations of Penn
National Gaming. Oversees
the operations of the Kitchen,
Restaurant, Bar, and Concessions.
Creates weekly work schedules
to accommodate anticipated
business volume. Purchases
food, beverage, supplies,
and smallwares to operate
the F&B Dept. Maintains
detailed working knowledge
of all POS equipment. Performs
